Harley II is a young adolescent unqualified outdoor-babysitting girl who used to be a family's babysitter until she got fired (clearly not qualified) for letting her three younger siblings destroy the household outdoors. When she saw that her three older siblings gets the credit for being responsible (being qualified as everyone else) she starts to get angry and fuels her magic in her wrath and jealousy and destroys her older siblings and burns the house down then her parents angrily sends her away. She's the main (briefly, secondary) antagonist.
